- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase for unworn items.
At CAESURA, we believe in the integrity of our products. If you find that your purchase does not meet expectations, you may return your items within 30 days, provided they are in original condition and have not been worn. Please ensure all packaging is intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@caesura.com. We aim to process refunds within seven business days of receiving the returned items.

- Exchanges are allowed if size or style is incorrect.
Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. If you need a different size or style, we facilitate an exchange to ensure you find the perfect fit.
For exchanges, please also reach out to support@caesura.com with your original order details and the items you wish to exchange.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Once the returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. This includes the product price but does not cover any shipping fees incurred during the initial purchase.
Please allow up to five business days for the refund to appear in your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
